Thanks to much preparation and planning by the Ball Committee and the John Fretwell Centre, we received lots of compliments about the food and wonderful feedback about the service.
To ensure that we have been able to keep the cost of the event at an affordable price, and the event food to our now expected high standard we will need you to make a choice of your meal before the night.
PRE-ORDER YOUR MENU CHOICES
When purchasing your tickets please include your menu choices with the name of the each person ordering the meal.
Starter
- Smooth Brussels Pate: served with red onion marmalade, crisp ciabatta bread and mixed leaves
- Warm Roast vegetable and Feta tart presented with mixed leaves and balsamic dressing
Main
- Stuffed breast of Chicken, filled with Lincolnshire pork sausage meat and apricot farce. Accompanied with fondant potato and a red wine and thyme jus
- Pan-Fried Vegetables finished with Fresh Cream, presented in a crisp pastry vol-au-vent case
All mains will be accompanied with seasonal vegetables and buttered new potatoes
Sweets
- Chocolate Sponge Pudding with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
- Strawberry and Clotted cream tart, presented with fresh berries and raspberry puree
